Purpose

Adds or edits a macro.

Open Method

Click <Add...> or <Edit...> button on the Macros manager interface.

Fields Explanation

[Macro name] - the short description of the macro.
Tips: to ensure the macro is replaced with the actual text according to your needs, please do not change the macro identification in the email templates, and it is case sensitive.
[Actual text] - the actual text of the macro.
[Category] - the category of the macro, must be 'My information' or 'Other information'.
Tips: because AMSBE only allows you add or edit the user defined macros, so you can find 'My information' and 'Other information' in the categories list only.

Commands Reference

<Save & add> - saves current macro and adds a new one.
<Save & close> - saves current macro and closes this dialog box.
<Cancel> - closes this dialog box without saving <Esc>.
