Purpose

Manages emailing queue and log.

Open Method

Click 'Queue & log -> Queue and log manager' module link on the main interface.

Commands Reference

<Delete> - deletes the selected emailing log, cannot delete emailing queue <Del>.
<View template> - views the email template that (will) be used by the selected row.
<Resend> - resends the selected emailing log, cannot resend emailing queue due to it will be sent automatically.
Tips: if the selected wish was sent successfully or the corresponding birthday/festival was past, you will get a confirmation box before resend it.
<View receivers> - views all receivers of the selected wish, AMSBE organizes them as To, CC, BCC and One by One categories for contacts and employees, total 8 categories.
<Failure reason> - views the failure reason for the 'Failure' emailing log.
<Cancel> - closes this window <Esc>.
