Purpose

Selects a built-in greeting card to insert into current email template.

Open Method

Click "Insert -> Built-in greeting card..." item on the toolbar of Email templates manager interface

<OK> - confirms your selection and closes this dialog box <Enter>.
<Cancel> - cancels your selection and closes this dialog box <Esc>.
