Purpose

Multi-updates the sending settings for the selected people.

Open Method

Click <Multi-update> button on the Employees manager or Contacts manager interface.

Interface and Illustration

Fields Explanation

[Use template] - the email template that will be used to send birthday wish to the selected people.
[CC] - specify other people that can get a copy of the birthday wish for the selected people.
[BCC] - specify other people that can get a blind copy of the birthday wish for the selected people.

Commands Reference

<...> - selects the people.
- views the selected email template.
- saves the [Use template] / [CC] / [BCC] settings for the selected people.
Tips: you can also leave [CC] or [BCC] as blank to erase the [CC] / [BCC] information for the selected people.
